How to book your pets stay with us

1) Click on the RSVP Button. This will redirect you to our client Portal App.

2) Create your account. You will be asked to provide your full name, email address and offer for you to leave us a optional message. We suggest putting your desired dates of bookings and any additional questions you may have in that box.

3) Once you have filled that out you will be receiving a welcome email. In that email you will then be sent a code to activate your account. Click on that link.

4) Please create your password. Once you have created that you will promoted to sign our services agreement.

5) Once you have signed, please click continue. You will then set up all your personal information as well as your pets information. This is very important to fill in all required fields for all pets that might be staying with us.

6) Your next step will be to fill in your payment method.

7) Your account has to be officially set up! Please install the Time To Pet mobile App for the best experience on your mobile device.

8) Now that your client profile has been set up you can now book your appointments online! You will click Scheduling, pick your desired dates and services. We will then receive your service request for approval.

9) We will get back to you as soon as we have received your request.
